Visit to the Cattle Farm of Jose Cruz

For the sixth consecutive year the Bullfighting Museum of Salamanca and the Salamanca City of Culture and Knowledge Foundation, have organized the writing and drawing contest "El toro bravo, un Rito" for schools in the city of Salamanca, two students from the Santa Catalina and San Jose schools were winners. On June 18, the full class of the winning students of the contest visited the Cabezal Viejo farm where the cattle of the Jose Cruz cattle ranch graze in the municipal term of Agueda. The students enjoyed a field day where they learned from the hand of the farmer Rafael Cruz how the brave bull lives in its natural habitat, the dehesa, typical Salamancan landscape.
