SALAMANCA CONVENTION BUREAU
Salamanca Convention Bureau is a department of the Salamanca City Council's Tourism Society, specialized in the sector of congresses, conventions, business meetings, incentives, and other types of events.
The objectives are:
- The promotion of the city of Salamanca as a venue for congresses, meetings, and incentives.
- The active attraction of any of these events.
- Promotion of public-private collaboration.
- Positioning Salamanca as a quality and sustainability destination for events.
- Generation of business for companies in the sector.
- Its institutional and non-profit nature makes it a perfect interlocutor with both companies in the sector and public entities, facilitating the event organizer's work and offering objective and free advice.
From this congress office, collaboration takes place with the two Universities, hospitals, Professional Associations, and organizations to develop joint candidacies for the city of Salamanca and, in this way, to attract all types of events, of any scope and size. Its institutional and non-profit nature makes it a perfect interlocutor, both with companies in the sector and with public entities, facilitating the event organizer's work and offering objective and free advice. Internationally, it promotes Salamanca as a destination, especially for incentives, an attractive alternative to the better-known large cities outside Spain.
