The convent of the Annunciation better known as Las Úrsulas is a Franciscan female convent located in the city of Salamanca, on the Paseo de las Úrsulas. Located in the lower choir of the church is a small but interesting muse
It was founded in the 16th century by Archbishop Alonso de Fonseca.


The church is Gothic in style with a nave covered with starry cross vaults and polygonal apse.


Inside, important samples of religious art are preserved, among which the marble tomb in the form of a mound by Don Alonso de Fonseca, carved by Diego de Siloé, stands out.


On the Gospel wall is the tomb of the archbishop's butler, Don Francisco Rivas.
