Our restaurant “La Jara” opened its doors in December 2018 and is managed by Alberto and Julio César Comerón, two chef brothers with distinct professional backgrounds.
La Jara has two independent floors; it is a cozy place, perfect for family celebrations, friends' meals, or business dinners.
The Restaurant's menu is based on dishes that combine traditional cuisine with other avant-garde culinary options with modern touches. Products are cooked with different techniques to leverage them and obtain new textures and flavors. The quality can be seen in each of its dishes.
