Our restaurant "La Jara" opened its doors in December 2018 and is run by Alberto and Julio César Comerón, two chef brothers with distinct professional backgrounds. Alberto, the elder brother, with extensive experience in the restaurant industry and staff management, is our maître d' and personally welcomes all our guests.
