Pablo García's Saddlery and Armory
Pablo García was one of the oldest commercial businesses in the city. Founded in the 19th century, it continued for the next century, managed by César Álvarez Núñez and, later, by his children César and Julia Álvarez García, until the dawn of the 21st century when it closed to the public.
This notebook on the history of commerce has been written based on the memories that Cesar Álvarez García kindly wished to share with the museum. It is the desire of this institution that this publication, written with the utmost respect for a centenary firm, contribute to preserving the memory in the city of Pablo García's old Saddlery and Armory. For sale at the Museum of Commerce, the Tourism shop in Plaza Mayor, and some bookstores. Since the museum is non-profit, the selling price is 2.5 euros.
